THE HISTORY OF ADIDAS

Adidas has a very interesting history that of course has everything to do with German history. Adolf and Rudolf Dassler started making shoes in 1920 and continued until the Second World War broke out. Then the brothers split up. Adolf was a much less active Nazi than Rudolf. Which caused both brothers to conflict with each other. Rudolf even seems to have been arrested by the Americans after tips from his brother Adolf. After the war, Adolf (nickname Adi) Dassler started his brand Adidas. Rudolf started Puma after his sentence, the rest is of course history. Adidas has grown into one of the largest and leading brands to this day and we are proud to have this brand in our range.

Adidas clothing

Adidas originals is of course one of the biggest brands in our shop. Adidas originals are known for their everyday clothing and sneakers. The advantage is that you can wear adidas clothing in the gym as well as casual. Often the clothing has the adidas trefoil logo and the characteristic 3 stripes. The adidas range at Freshcotton includes sweaters, hoodies, joggers, shorts, swimwear, socks, jackets, caps, hats, bucket hats and bags.

What adidas are also known for are the sneakers. The adidas shoes are known for performance, the sporty style, but adidas also have timeless designs such as the Stan Smiths, Superstars, Gazelles, Samba, Rivalry and Falcon. But other models such as the Continental 80, Spezial, Ozweego, Supercourt, Yung 1, Yung 96, Sc premiere, Torsoin and Nizza are also popular. If you don't feel like wearing sneakers, the adidas adilette is the solution. The slippers have the famous 3 stripes on the strap and are available in many colors.
